Processing time
Each of our candles is crafted with attention to detail – we care not only about beautiful design but also safe packaging and fast shipping.
Below you will find information about our order processing times, depending on the products you choose:

Most of our products are usually ready to ship and leave our studio within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. The only exception is during busy periods, when this time may be extended to a maximum of 10 business days. We always do our best to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible.

Personalized candles with inscriptions are handmade especially for you – which means production starts only after your order is placed. Processing time is 5–15 business days, depending on the number of orders at the time (for example, before holidays the waiting time may be longer).
If you need your order by a specific date (e.g., for a birthday, wedding, or another event) – please contact us before placing the order, and we will do our best to find the perfect solution.
